Ghost Lamp

The Scotty York Lamp is one of the true classics of magic. If you have always wanted one, but just didn’t have $200 to spend, thanks to our friends at Tenyo, this is your lucky day!
Wrap a light bulb inside of a handkerchief, and allow a spectator to wave it over several piles of cards.
When the bulb comes close to one pile, it lights up! Sure enough, the top card of that pile is the spectator’s selected card.
The light stays on until you are ready for it to go off. To turn the light off, you cut an “invisible” wire with a pair of scissors. At the instant you snip the invisible wire, the bulb goes out.
This masterpiece of magic is now available as part of Tenyo’s 2011 line.
Included in the set are the very special light bulb, a special deck of cards and a special gimmick you can use for added impact. Fantastic magic.

Trap Box

The third installment in the 2011 Tenyo line is Trap Box.
Place a finger ring or coin inside of the box. Close the lid and allow your audience to hear the object rattle around inside.
Suddenly, the rattling stops, and the box is completely empty!
For years, magicians have used the Rattle Box in their performances.
However, this box has been entirely redesigned with a brand new gimmick.
The best way to understand how advanced this gimmick has become is to hold it in your own hands. Yan can immediately hand the box out to a spectator, since the gimmick is so well hidden.
Two routines are included: Instant Ring TransportMagic Knot in which a borrowed coin vanishes from the box thanks to a magic handkerchief.

4-D Surprise

If you are only going to buy one of the new Tenyo 2011 line, 4-D Surprise should be the one. It is one of the “most-fooling” tricks we have ever seen. It is by far the best of the new Tenyo items.
In front of your audience, you assemble two plates and a semi transparent box.
The spectators can clearly see that there is nothing inside the box.
Yet, when you raise the box, a Statue Of Liberty figurine magically appears in the empty space. It looks incredible!
It has always been a magician’s dream to make a solid object appear from nowhere. Lubor Fiedler has finally made that dream come true.
Jaws will drop when the little Stature Of Liberty appears.
The effect is marvelous. The method is beyond belief!

Cloud Money

Cloud Money is the fourth and final item in the 2011 Tenyo line. A dollar bill floats out of your hand and dances in mid-air. Left and right. Up and Down. Finally, it floats straight up, above your head.
This “floating bill” effect is both effective and easy to do.
The gimmick has been designed to enable you to take a bill from any country and instantly make it float upward from your hands. You can show the front and back of the bill. There are no threads used.
That having been said, Cloud Money is a great item for Tenyo Collectors. You have to get it to keep your collection complete. In my humble opinion, it is the worst trick that Tenyo has put out in a very long time. Maybe forever. I do not think anyone will perform it, and it is best left sealed in the box. The kind of thing collectors do.

MILLIONAIRES'DREAM

Fold up a dollar bill, and a quarter magically rises up from inside!
Produce quarter after quarter from the same dollar bill.
The last quarter that appears magically changes into another dollar!

An apparently endless number of coins mysteriously rise up from within a folded dollar bill. The last coin magically transforms into another dollar bill. We have made the popular Miser's Dream effect easy to learn, by incorporating two gimmicks - one hidden in the dollar, and the other within the paper bag. The structure of the dollar bill gimmick is identical to one published by Mike Bornstein roughly 30 years ago. However, we have improved the gimmick so that your dollar bill is not damaged during the simple preparation of the bill. The paper bag allows you to finish the routine with a solid climax, worthy of professional magicians.

FLOATING CARD

Show a deck of playing cards to your audience, and invite a spectator to freely select one card. Place that card face-up onto the deck.
Magically, the card slowly floats upward!

NEWSWORTHY TEAR

We are releasing a brand-new gimmick that does not require scissors and glue to prepare, yet still provides a flash restoration. You will be able to quickly set up the newspaper with that day's edition, and baffle audiences with this new construction.

Tear an ordinary newspaper into two sheets, and then fold it and tear again. After several more folds and tears, the newspaper is clearly destroyed - torn into many small pieces. You gather the pieces together and make a magical gesture... and the pieces smoothly and suddenly restore into an untorn sheet of newspaper.

ANIMATION FRAME

This effect is both humorous and surprising, and captures your audience right away with the familiar character of Pinocchio. You explain that his nose grows every time he tells a lie, and as you are talking the nose visually grows longer. Your audience will be suspicious of the picture, so they are doubly shocked when you remove the picture from the frame, and allow them to confirm that it is nothing more than a single sheet of printed paper. Show a picture frame to your audience. The picture in the frame is an illustration of Pinocchio. When you make a magical gesture, Pinocchio's nose visibly grows longer, and then shrinks back to its original size. When you remove the picture at the end of your performance, there is only one picture inside the frame, and it is examinable by your audience. They will be unable to find anything unusual with the illustration, even though they saw it altered in front of their eyes.

MAGICAL DOOR

You receive a key-shaped pendant linked onto a metal chain, and two plates that contain matching keyholes. These simple and recognizable props enable you to capture an audience's attention immediately. Two impossible-looking routines are included that will teach you how to penetrate metal through solid metal, in no time. Insert a key through two plates that contain keyholes, and then lift a metal chain up from below the shaft of the key. Although there is clearly no easy way to remove the chain, it magically penetrates upward through the key. Next, you wind the chain around both plates and the key, with a double wrap of the chain. However, a simple pull of the chain enables you to penetrate the key and plates with the greatest of ease.

VANISHING POINT

This magic effect baffles everyone, including experienced magicians. The solid ball completely vanishes, and reappears from below the tabletop. When you learn the secret, you'll be just as impressed as your audiences. A simple gimmick, used in a diabolically clever way, has enabled us to develop this brand-new effect.

Place a solid ball on the center of a small platform, and then shield the ball from your audience's view with a single playing card. You balance the card so that it leans against the ball, remaining upright until the last second. However, when you lower the card, the solid ball has completely vanished!

The more times you repeat this trick, the more baffling it becomes. Our new gimmick is cleverly hidden inside the construction of the boxes, so there is no need to hide anything in your hands, or remove at the end of the trick. The secret is extremely well camouflaged. You'll be delightfully surprised at where we've hidden the gimmick. And your audiences will be astounded by this baffling magic. Show two boxes to your audience, allowing them to see the inside of each. The boxes appear to be nothing more than an ordinary pair of empty boxes with sliding drawers. However... when you close the drawer of one box, the drawer from the other box mysteriously opens! To prove that there is no connection between the two boxes, you insert a playing card between them. The drawers still magically open and close as if by magic. For a surprising finish, the boxes are completely separated from each other, and they still move in sympathy with each other!

Magician’s Finger

A finger comes to life! Truly shocking magic! An odd-looking gold finger is shown to rest inside of a box. “This is a replica of a legendary magician’s finger. It helped him to become extremely rich. Some people believe that the finger still contains some magic power.” The magician places a sheet of blank paper on top of the finger, and places the lid onto the box. When the lid is removed, the blank paper has transformed into a real dollar bill! When the lid is replaced and removed again, the finger comes to life and transforms into a real, live finger. When the box is covered one more time, the bill turns back into blank paper, and the real finger turns back into the gold replica! Your audience will think that this trick is simply about changing the blank paper into real currency, so they will be shocked by the surprising climax! Fadeaway Case

Mystery China Box

Mystery China Box - Balls Fly Around Inside a Box. Amazing entertainment that fits in your pocket! There is a hole on top of the black box. You drop balls through this hole, and display that they always fall into the large tube. Have your spectator select one of the balls. You close the lid, and drop the balls into the case in any order. When you open the lid, only the selected ball has jumped into the short tube! The Mystery China Box requires no practice. Whatever happens in the dark interior of this box is truly a mystery. THE UNUSUAL SUSPECTS

In this puzzling magic trick, the audience is invited to participate in a police line-up and help solve the crime. A number of suspect cards are shown, illustrating various criminal characters, and one is secretly chosen by a spectator to be the thief. The cards are mixed up and placed in the magic Profiler, which the magician explains is a space-age computer device used to catch criminals. The spectator enters some data about the criminal into the magic Profiler which amazingly identifies the correct suspect.
